MyFit 101 was founded on the idea that just like in college there are basic classes each person should take in order to achieve a level of success. They called these your core classes. Well, all those core classes were labeled 101. MyFit 101 incorporates the basic elements needed in Fitness to achieve "the Fit Body." We incorporate Diet/Nutrition, Aerobic Base Building, Body Conditioning Techniques, along with Flexibility/Stretching regimes to create your ideal "Fit Body."
